Andrew holds a Ph. D. degree and is a Chief Scientist and Professor of Wood Products Engineering with 40 years of worldwide experience.

Cecilia holds M. Ed in Education Administration and Management. A professional teacher since 1975 with experience from USA, Australia, Papua New Guinea and Ghana.

Kofi is a Maxillofacial surgeon in Australia and New Zealand. He holds a Dental and Medical Degree and a Masters in Surgery. He is a Fellow of Australasia maxillofacial Surgeons.
